DIRECTIONS:

Shake well before use as product may separate upon standing. (*optional: apply a small amount of PRIIA Foundation Primer first)
For best application, apply one to two pumps on the back of your hand. With clean fingers, dab foundation onto your face and blend out evenly over skin with the PRO Blender Sponge, Flat Top Foundation Brush or Liquid Foundation Brush.
Apply more product if needed to achieve desired coverage. *For ultimate coverage, apply a layer of our Loose Mineral Foundation over our Liquid Mineral Foundation.
Set with PRIIA Behave™ Finishing Powder or HydraControl™ HD Powder.

PRIIA® minerale-derm products have at least a 24-month shelf life. In keeping with standard beauty industry hygiene recommendations, we advise that once opened, you use your product within 6-12 months.

Keep cap tightly closed on the bottle when not in use. Keep out of extreme temperatures.
All orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post. Delivery time is estimated between 2-5 business days after dispatch depending on your address. Regional addresses have a longer delivery time than metro areas. Please be advised that COVID-19 has had a significant impact causing delivery delays. This is out of our hands. We offer free delivery on all Australian orders $100 and over. Orders under $100 incur a flat rate fee of $10. All orders automatically include signature on delivery, unless instructed otherwise. If the signature on delivery is waived, we will not be liable for replacing missing parcels.

Change of mind:

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product purchases. We recommend receiving a consult prior to placing an order.

Damaged/Incorrect Products:

In the rare case you receive products that are damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement free of charge. You must notify us within 72 hours after receipt of the goods for a refund or replacement. Photos are required of the damaged goods and incorrect item before we can proceed. Please keep all packing materials of the parcel. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returning the products, alternatively a receipt provided with proof of purchase. We will refund any shipping costs incurred as long a receipt is provided.

Reactions:

If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product you have purchased from our website please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email with your order number and a photo and description of the reaction to relax@urbanbeautyco.com. A reaction form will be sent for you to fill out. In order to process an allergy return, a photo of the reaction must be provided and the product must be at least 20% full in order for the return to be processed. All products you believe you are reacting to, need to be returned to Urban Brow Co.

We cannot process an allergy return without photos of the reaction. If this cannot be provided, we are unable to accept any returns.

Urban Brow Co. is unable to cover postage costs associated with reaction returns.
