I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.  However, when you do not call/message to cancel an appointment, you are preventing another client from getting a much-needed booking.  Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and I am unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% fee of the booked service upon rebooking.

I understand that delays can happen however, I must try to keep other clients on time.  If you are passed your scheduled time, I will have to reschedule your appointment. 
 
Due to the large appointment time needed for cosmetic tattoo, last minute cancellations can cause problems and added expenses. If a cosmetic tattoo treatment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a ninety-dollar ($90) fee and a 50% deposit taken upon rebooking.
